A. Given the many variables involved when ordering customized products, we prefer that you contact us to discuss your needs.


Q. What kind of artwork do you require?
A. Most decoration methods require vector artwork, (embroidery being an exception). If you don't have vector artwork, it's not a problem. Send what you have. Our art department can help. Clients will be notified in advance if any charges are necessary.
